How to run a prize draw
To set up a prize draw, add your prize names into the entries panel using the plus button, or paste a full list with one prize per line using Bulk Edit. If you are drawing from a list of participant names rather than prize names, add the names instead. Once your list is ready, turn on Auto-remove Winner in the Options panel by clicking the gear icon. With this on, every spin removes the result it just picked, so no prize or name can come up twice. Spin once per prize or once per winner and the wheel handles the rest. The Prize Wheel works on any device. If you are running an event in front of an audience, click the expand button in the top-right corner of the wheel to go fullscreen, then set the label size to Large in Options so text carries across the room. For online events and livestreams, share your screen and everyone watches the same spin land in real time. If you need certain prizes to be rarer than others, add common outcomes such as Try Again more than once, or open the weights column and give the grand prize a lower number than the standard prizes. With one grand prize at weight one and four Try Again entries at weight one each, the grand prize comes up roughly one spin in five, and the slice on the wheel shows that split clearly. The embed button generates an iframe you can drop onto any website or event page so visitors spin for a prize without leaving your site. All entries stay in your browser and are never uploaded. Equal probability applies to all entries at the same weight, so every participant at the same tier has the same chance of winning.
