How Spin the Bottle works online
The digital Spin the Bottle wheel works the same way as the party game, without needing a physical bottle or a flat surface. Add the names of everyone playing into the entries panel — you can type them one at a time or paste a full list using Bulk Edit — then hit SPIN. The wheel picks one player at random and announces the result. Every name has a visibly equal share of the wheel, so nobody can argue the result was steered toward a particular person. Unlike a real bottle, a digital wheel cannot be nudged. The result is decided before the animation starts using your browser's cryptographic random number generator, which is the same algorithm used for secure password creation. The spin is a reveal, not the draw. The wheel works for any group size on any device, including phones and tablets. Pass the screen around or cast the tab to a TV so the whole room watches the same spin. Use it for the classic party game format, for truth or dare where the wheel picks who faces the next question, for icebreaker activities where someone has to introduce themselves, or for any group game that needs one random person chosen out loud. When you close the tab or the browser, all the names are gone. Nothing is stored on a server, nothing is logged, and no account is needed.
